Dr. Gobind Gill, DVM
DVM
Born and raised in India, Dr. Gobind Gill was inspired by his grandfather who was a practicing veterinarian. After finishing vet school in India in 2000, Dr. Gill moved to the US, where he continued studying at LSU School of Veterinary Medicine. He has been practicing small animal medicine for 15 years and has been living in Clovis for the last seven years. He was previously working at Abby pet hospital in Fresno. In 2011, he established and owns Armstrong Pet Hospital. He also acquired Kingsburg Veterinary Clinic in nearby Kingsburg in 2013.

Dr. Arti Nayyar-Gill
D.V.M.
Dr. Arti Nayyar-Gill graduated from vet school in India in 2000. She earned her Masters degree in surgery and radiology with her research focused on treatment of mammary tumors. She continued furthering her study of veterinary medicine when she attended the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. There she earned her PhD in Veterinary Immunology with her area of research focused on allergies and treatment of asthma. In 2007 Dr. Nayaar-Gill moved to the United States and began practicing as an Associate Veterinarian at Companion Medical Center in Visalia, CA. She finally joined our facility here in Clovis in 2013, where she practices companion animal medicine. Her areas of special interest are in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, as well as dermatology. She and Dr. Gobind Gill have been married since 2002 and have two children, with whom she spends much of her time. In her free time she loves to play tennis and enjoys painting.

Dr. Gaheer
D.V.M.
Dr. Gaheer is our orthopedic doctor who has over a decade of expertise in veterinary medicine, with a specific focus on advanced orthopedic surgery. Through extensive training, he has successfully performed in excess of a thousand TPLO surgeries, along with numerous other orthopedic procedures. Dr. Gaheer remains dedicated to advancing his knowledge, consistently incorporating the latest techniques to provide the best outcomes for his patients. He focuses on minimally invasive methods, including MIPO (minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis) and ASIF Bone plating, excelling in medial patellar luxation repair with cutting-edge systems like TTTT2.
Inspired by a lifelong bond with animals, Dr. Gaheer pursued veterinary medicine, earning his Master’s degree in 2003 before completing his credentials at the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine. He co-owns Armstrong Pet Hospital and Kingsburg Veterinary Clinic. His passion for orthopedic surgery led him to complete advanced training through AO-ASIF, enabling him to manage a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including complex fractures, patellar and hip luxations, and corrective osteotomies such as TPLO, arthrodesis, and FHO (femoral head osteotomy).
In his spare time, Dr. Gaheer enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and their dog, Lewis, as well as pursuing his interest in trap shooting.
